Job summary

ES Management Group Inc. is seeking an onsite supervisor to expand the business, oversee temporary staff, and ensure safety policies at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Expand existing business and supervise temporary associates.
• Oversee safety policies and training for temporary staff.
• Meet daily with customers and management to determine open positions.
• Develop recruiting plans for client locations.
• Hold Onsites accountable for processes and KPIs.
• Interview and hire temporary staff onsite.
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety.
• Manage temporary employees across logistics, warehouse, manufacturing or food environments.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for customers.
• Approve attendance and work schedules based on client needs.
• Coordinate with branches to ensure compliance.
• Process weekly payroll and audit punches.
• Conduct safety walk-throughs and meetings.
• Address employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Train Onsites to ensure compliance with procedures.

Job description

Responsibilities include expanding existing business, supervision of temporary associates' performance and overseeing the temporary employee safety policies and expectations.

• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Meeting daily with customer and management team in order to determine open positions. Delegating and working closely with the branch and other Onsites to fill positions.
• Responsible for communicating with management and finding solutions to issues, needs and training.
• Strategize and develop recruiting plans for client location.
• Hold assigned Onsites accountable for processes, procedures and KPI's.
• Interview and hire temporary staff at onsite location.
• Orientate new temporary and other internal employees on company policies and safety.
• Manage temporary employees and assign Onsites within logistics, warehouse, manufacturing and/or food environment experience.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly reports for customer(s)
• Review and approve attendance and work schedules based on client needs
• Work hand in hand with company branches to ensure employee compliance
• Process weekly payroll for employees, audit daily punches to ensure accuracy
• Conduct safety walk throughs and meetings.
• Conduct and attend meetings with Client and/or Internal Management
• Responsible for administrating and executing the injury and accident protocol.
• Train the trainer certifications and forklift observations
• Address employee relations and issue disciplinary warnings for temporary employees and assigned Onsites.
• Train and lead assigned Onsites to ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates should possess at least 1-2 years of staffing related experience, preferably in a previous onsite management or supervisor role

Company Standards and KPIs

• Turnover – 8% or less per week
• WC/Injuries – Goal is 0 injuries weekly, Safety will use company scorecard to track timeliness and accuracy of reports and confirm that safety is being promoted at client sites via newsletters, bulletins, monthly safety meetings
• Surveys – Quarterly Business Reviews and Surveys will be conducted quarterly
• Fill Rate – 100% goal, acceptable 98%, will be tracked weekly
• Quality of Placements – weekly hires will be audited to determine quality of hired temporary associates meets company standards. 100% success rate is the goal
