Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or closely related field.
PLUS two (2) years related experience in related field; OR an equivalent combination of related education and experience totaling six (6) years.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to fill Central Nutrition vacancies efficiently with high‑quality staff.
Assist Staffing Advisors with candidate referrals and maintain records of referrals, candidate status, and follow-up activities.
Collect, organize staffing data and prepare reports for review by the CNC HR Manager.
Monitor position approvals, postings, selection, and onboarding timelines to support timely staffing.
Provide onboarding support by tracking documentation and next steps to candidates.
Respond to routine candidate and employee inquiries and provide status updates.
Support HR functions and participate in recruitment events and MSCS branding.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
