Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Staffing Manager to act as an onsite extension of the client's HR function in York, SC. The role focuses on managing all aspects of the contingent workforce and developing strong employee relations.

Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with benefits including paid vacation after 6 months, paid holidays, performance-based raises, and a comprehensive insurance package.

• Previous experience in a supervisor role preferred (strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnership with the client through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes, and policies.
• Retain employees through counseling on attendance, training and evaluations.
• Easily problem solve issues that may arise.
• Communicate and follow up with production supervisors and managers on Peak related matter.
• Update live spreadsheets and forms.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirement.
• Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations.

A Staffing Manager acts as an onsite extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of client contingent workforce, to include employees relationship development and management of the contingent employees. Having prior experience in staffing, manufacturing, light industrial skill sets is a STRONG PLUS!

Compensation: $22.00-$24.00 /hour.
