Essential Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the recruitment team while fostering a positive and collaborative professional environment.
• Meet financial and operational goals for the recruitment team.
• Direct and implement recruitment strategies and processes to ensure client needs are filled efficiently and effectively.
• Develop employees by identifying strengths, providing coaching and feedback, and encouraging continued professional and career growth.
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Maximize market penetration by developing new business with active and prospective clients and increasing billable hours.
• Evaluate staff performance by monitoring key performance indicators and providing ongoing guidance and support.
• Maintain a high standard of quality customer service while upholding the integrity and values of the company.
• Provide energetic and supportive leadership that maximizes department efficiency and employee engagement.
• Establish and implement practices that promote strong performance, strategic goals, professional development, and adherence to company policies.
• Encourage teamwork, accountability, communication, and a career-focused approach to employee development.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading in a related position.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
• Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated strength in recruitment, sales, leadership, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to adapt to change and successfully implement new processes.
• Fully proficient in software applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ATS systems.
• Outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, energetic approach to leadership and team development.
