Delta-T Group is hiring a Staffing Coordinator to support our corporate team in Bryn Mawr, PA. This full-time role focuses on building client relationships, coordinating candidate placements, and ensuring smooth onboarding for healthcare and social services staffing.

You will collaborate with recruiters, attend job fairs, and manage daily communications with clients and consultants. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and growing client relationships through supporting Account Management.
• Coordinate candidate placements and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Follow up on leads and assist in converting new business opportunities.
• Partner with recruiters to fill open positions efficiently.
• Manage daily communication with clients and consultants.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate records and improve workflow processes.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
