Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading in a related position.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
Excellent time management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment team and drive financial and operational goals.
Direct and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
