Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinateand update daily and weekly staffing schedules for all departments.
  • Trackattendance, call‑offs, PTO, and schedule changes; prepare reports forleadership as needed.
  • Serveas a point of contact for schedule questions and staffing‑relatedcommunication, responding with poise and solution‑focused thinking.
  • Maintainfullycompliant, audit‑ready employee files(licenses, certifications,evaluations, mandatory trainings, and other required documentation) withzero tolerance for missing, expired, or incomplete records.
  • Ensureconfidential handling and secure storage of all employee documents andrecords.
  • Providegeneral HR administrative support, including file maintenance and basiccompliance documentation.
