Peoplelink Group in Springdale, Arkansas is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the local staffing market. You will build relationships with business leaders, develop sales strategies, and drive opportunities that align talent with customer needs.

The role requires 2+ years in staffing sales or related business experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of staffing sales or equivalent business experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and community involvement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Define branch sales objectives with Area Manager/VP.
• Map activities on target accounts and plan growth.
• Grow sales, gross margin, and profitability.
• Expand client base via cold calls in person/phone.
• Present solutions and negotiate pricing to maintain GP.
• Collaborate with service and delivery teams.
