You will play a key role in ensuring the right staff are available for each shift and that operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include developing work schedules, assigning employees, processing attendance and leave requests, preparing reports, and coordinating with payroll and staffing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of hiring and training both new and existing employees.
• Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts.
• Prepare and submit reports related to employee operations.
• Manage leave requests from employees and general work timekeeping (scheduling).
• Collaborate with the payroll unit to ensure accurate employee settlements.
• Work closely with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies efficiently.
• May be asked to help fill shifts as necessary.
