Job summary

Vi Living at Vi at Aventura, FL, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage schedules and fill shift vacancies across Skilled Nursing, Memory Support, and Assisted Living, ensuring full coverage amid call-ins and vacations.

The role also coordinates Central Supply activities: pricing research, ordering, receiving and storing supplies, while contributing to quality assessment and improvement initiatives. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• One year of staffing experience using a scheduling software system.
• Familiarity with scheduling nursing shifts is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and fill shift vacancies in Skilled Nursing, Memory Support, and Assisted Living.
• Coordinate Central Supply: research pricing, order, receive, and store supplies.
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.
