Eden Vista Stow, a proud member of Vista Senior Living Management, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to manage staffing operations and ensure adequate coverage for high‑quality resident care.

Responsibilities include overseeing all staffing needs, liaising with agencies, developing schedules, and supporting payroll. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and on-call responsibilities within a compassionate senior living environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of scheduling or staffing coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and discreet with confidential information.
• Experience with OnShift is a plus.
• Understanding staffing policies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing needs and scheduling for the communities.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies to fill vacancies promptly.
• Cover call-offs by reallocating staff or engaging agencies.
• Create and update master work schedules by shifts and roles.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation.
• Prepare reports on staffing operations and coverage.
• Maintain scheduling software and ensure accuracy.
