Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (LVN) to ensure that shifts within the facility are appropriately covered and staffing is optimized. You will set schedules and rotate internal staff to maintain quality care, while logging activities with daily reports in coordination with Human Resources.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, overtime monitoring, payroll verification, and teamwork with the Nursing leadership to support resident care excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed LVN.

Responsibilities

• Set staff schedules to cover all shifts efficiently.
• Maintain daily staffing reports and logs.
• Coordinate staff to meet facility requirements.
• Monitor overtime and attendance of employees.
• Provide facility tours to newly hired employees.
• Maintain schedules for rotating staff.
• Secure coverage for vacancy shifts.
• Work with payroll to verify payroll accuracy.
• Review vacation requests before final approval.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing.
