The Timbers Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Edmond, OK is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Staffing Coordinator to organize and sustain staffing for our long-term care facility, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and reliable coverage. You must hold a current Oklahoma RN or LPN license, work well under pressure, and have basic computer skills.

Prior long-term care staffing experience is preferred, and Microsoft Office proficiency is expected.

Staffing Coordinators play a vital role in organizing and sustaining staffing for a vibrant long-term care facility. Responsibilities and Purpose

• Organize and sustain staffing within the facility.
• Understand Staffing Needs.
• Able to identify hard to fill roles and take actions to fill.

Required Experience and Education

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
• Works well under pressure and on deadline for a large facility.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
• Experience coordinating personnel schedules in long-term care preferred.
