Responsibilities

• Scheduling: ensure smooth operation of the staffing office; maintain daily posting of hours and census; input staff requests, vacations and profiles; schedule staff per department policy and post monthly schedules.
• System Management: manage Kronos system; input data from variance logs and enter schedules; review overtime with manager before payroll submission.
• Reporting: distribute pay period FTE and variance reports as needed to director/manager.
• Leadership: act as key contact for staff regarding Kronos issues, schedule requests and agency staffing; liaise between clinical coordinator and agency for required forms.
