Good Samaritan Society - Waconia is a 90-bed senior skilled nursing facility specializing in long-term and post-acute care services.
We are currently seeking a full-time Staffing Coordinator for day shifts.

The Staffing Coordinator must be self-directed, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include adjusting and maintaining staff schedules, utilizing departmental policies, negotiating staffing needs, anticipating staffing requirements, tracking and reporting staffing data, and working effectively with staff and leadership. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential, along with flexibility to handle interruptions and stress.
Post-secondary education or equivalent training in healthcare or business is required; an associate’s degree is preferred. Experience in staffing or working with people is desirable.
