Job summary

Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to optimize Nursing Department schedules, align staff with facility needs, and handle last-minute changes.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Smartlinx6 experience preferred
• Background & experience in staffing preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required
• Highly organized, professional & motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask & prioritize
• Able to work well independently & as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & plan Nursing Department staff schedules, taking staff and facility needs into consideration.
• Coordinating all staffing requirements in the Facility
• Patiently deal with last-minute changes in scheduling
• Deal with staff call-outs appropriately by following proper protocol
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor
