Job summary

Arizona Labor Force, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage worker dispatch, onboarding, and branch communications.

You will assign workers to client shifts, coordinate onboarding, and respond to inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. The role requires efficiency, strong communication, adaptability, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining solid relationships with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, internally and with workers.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Source qualified candidates and screen/interview.
• Process I-9 and E-Verify in accordance with laws.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of active workers.
• Fill client staffing orders and provide status updates.
• Maintain office operations and communicate with branches.
• Complete daily communications and assist with onboarding.
• Train new hires when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
