Job summary

Arizona Labor Force is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to manage worker dispatch, onboarding new employees, and branch communications. You will ensure smooth operations by assigning workers to client shifts and responding promptly to inquiries.

The role requires efficiency, strong communication, adaptability, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday, 4:30am–10:00am, with hourly pay of $22.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker dispatch and onboarding processes.
• Handle branch communications by phone and email.
• Assign workers to client shifts and maintain staffing levels.
• Screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates.
• Process I-9 and E-Verify where applicable.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of active workers.
• Complete daily arrival calls to clients and weekly client service calls.
• Accelerate and escalate client issues to leadership as needed.
