Job summary

Chester County Intermediate Unit is seeking a Staffing Coordinator for Engle Education Center in West Grove, PA. This role handles referrals from LEAs, coordinates with staffing agencies, trains and orients new staff, supervises staff, and maintains communications with all stakeholders.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and clearances; Master’s degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Current child abuse, criminal history, and FBI fingerprint clearances are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the provision of services to meet the individualized needs of clients by working with Local Education Agencies.
• Communicate with school districts regarding cases that may require staff with special skills; coordinate with staffing agencies.
• Access online databases, approve daily electronic logs, and update client enrollment status and staff accounts.
• Provide orientation, training, and direct supervision to staff; monitor performance and identify development needs.
• Coordinate and oversee delivery of direct care services delineated in students' IEP plans; maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
• Access billing systems and audit data to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; prepare reports.
