ABR Employment Services in Sparta, WI is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to connect people with opportunities, support recruiting, onboarding, and talent engagement. You’ll identify qualified candidates, move the hiring process forward, and ensure a positive candidate and client experience through every step of the staffing cycle.

The role involves coordinating interviews, onboarding, client orientations, payroll inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills; strong phone and listening skills.
• People-focused approach with outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Connect with active and passive job seekers through ATS, job boards, and networking.
• Screen candidates, discuss opportunities, coordinate interviews, and build talent pipelines.
• Handle applications and inquiries, explain payroll/benefits, onboard staff, and complete follow-up tasks.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, support I-9/E-Verify and timekeeping, provide general admin support.
