ABR Employment Services in Sparta, WI is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to connect people with opportunities by supporting recruiting, onboarding, and talent engagement. You’ll manage candidate outreach, interview coordination, and client orientations while keeping data accurate in our ATS.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of related customer service, administrative, human resources, recruiting, or staffing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone and listening skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities for coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort learning applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms.
• Excellent keyboarding and data-entry skills; ability to type 40+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and talent engagement to connect people with opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding and client orientations, and maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide high-quality candidate and employee experience by handling applications and inquiries, payroll and benefits questions, and follow-up activities.
• Assist staffing operations with I-9 and E-Verify processes, ATS records, and timekeeping; provide administrative support.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Talent Relations Specialists and represent ABR at events as needed.
