Job summary

ABR Employment Services in Sparta, WI is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and talent engagement. You’ll help identify qualified candidates, keep the hiring process moving, and create a positive experience for Talent, clients, and your ABR teammates.

You’ll be at the center of staffing activities—reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding and client orientations, answering questions, and keeping ATS records accurate while supporting

Qualifications

• Associate degree with two years of related customer service, administrative, HR, recruiting, or staffing experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• People-focused approach and exceptional service mindset.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ATS systems.
• Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills (40+ WPM).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates for job requirements and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Support positive candidate and employee experiences through onboarding and inquiries.
• Keep staffing operations running smoothly, including timekeeping and records.
• Partner with Recruiters and Talent Relations Specialists and represent ABR at events.
