Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the home setting.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation for clients.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision and follow care plans.
• Prepare meals respecting client preferences and diets.
• Record and report changes in client condition and maintain EVV tasks.
