Responsibilities

• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Match staffing levels to census and required coverage
• Manage call-outs, time-off requests, and shift changes with accurate documentation
• Maintain staffing and timekeeping records and reports
• Partner with the Director of Nursing on coverage planning
