Meadowview SNF in Montrose, Pennsylvania is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our skilled nursing facility. You will manage staff schedules, payroll processing, time records, PTO tracking, shifts posting, and daily attendance to support our care teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage nursing staff schedules and payroll processing tasks.
• Track PTO, time administration, and related reports; respond to payroll inquiries.
• Post and fill open shifts; monitor call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
• Monitor daily patient/day staff needs and minimize overtime when possible.

The Staffing Coordinator is an essential part of our facility's team. Your responsibilities will consist of:

• You would be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of nursing schedules, payroll processing tasks, time administration, reconciliations, related reports and responding to inquiries related to payroll processes and procedures.
• Control, approve and track all PTO as necessary.
• Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes and approve trades in the absence of the DON or as delegated by the DON.
• Post and fill open shifts.
• Maintain timely record of call-offs, tardiness, and early arrivals.
• Monitor daily PPD.
• Monitor and minimize staff overtime.
