Position: Full-time Staffing Coordinator at Mt. Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Qualifications:
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and nursing care levels at all times.
  • Experience as a Staffing Coordinator, Scheduler, or in Payroll within a Long-Term care or healthcare setting.
  • Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinate requests for coverage.
  • Prepare and post work sheets/time schedules; coordinate variances with the DNS.
  • Build strong relationships and support staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
