AVIR Health Group, in the Houston area, is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our family. The role focuses on managing, coordinating, and confirming staff scheduling to ensure the highest quality care and minimize gaps in coverage.

The ideal candidate will have scheduling experience and prior office or skilled nursing home exposure, and will be resident- and family-focused with strong team-building abilities.

We are searching for a Staffing Coordinator CNA/CMA that is resident and family-focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. The primary role of the Staffing Coordinator is to manage, coordinate, and confirm all staff scheduling in an efficient and timely manner to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained and to minimize gaps in coverage.
