Avantara Arrowhead is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our caring team in Rapid City. You will ensure our residents have sufficient staff to meet their needs and deliver the high standard of care they expect.

You will maintain a master schedule, schedule employees, and secure coverage for open shifts. A high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred; we invest in the right candidate.

As a Staffing Coordinator you are instrumental in ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by scheduling employees to meet our resident’s needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
