Shodair is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that patient care needs are consistently met through effective staff scheduling and coordination. The Staffing Coordinator will use scheduling software to arrange and manage shifts for our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Coordinate time-off requests and adjust schedules to accommodate staffing needs.
• Monitor attendance, report absences, and ensure compliance with clock-in/clock-out procedures.
• Prepare and transmit payroll information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with team members to arrange coverage for open shifts and adjust staffing levels as needed.
