Job Summary:

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the interview coordination. This includes schedule interviews and manage interview logistics. Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process. We are looking for a multi-tasker, excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and confirm interviews, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.

  • Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Recruitment Support: Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating job postings.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork and maintain digital records related to the recruitment process.

  • Process Improvement: Continually evaluate and improve recruitment procedures.

  • This is a temp to hire position

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting or HR role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range

$23.00/hr - $31.00/hr


The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
