Job summary

Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to organize and manage nursing staff schedules, coordinating RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in a fast-paced healthcare setting. The role requires strong organization and communication to ensure optimal resident care and staffing levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare staffing or scheduling experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain nursing staff schedules.
• Coordinate staffing for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Monitor call-outs, open shifts, and staffing needs.
• Assist with filling open shifts and communicating schedule changes.
• Work closely with the Administrator, DON, HR, and department leaders.
• Maintain accurate staffing and scheduling records.
• Review timekeeping and report discrepancies.
• Help ensure the facility is appropriately staffed to meet resident needs.
