You will lead group and individual activities that promote socialization and engagement, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.

This role involves providing one-on-one assistance, maintaining records of participation, and collaborating with staff to tailor activities to individual needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a healthcare or recreation setting preferred.
• Compassionate, patient and understanding demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
