Rosewood Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lake Worth Beach, FL is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Aide to plan and facilitate engaging programs for residents. This role focuses on socialization, cognitive and physical well-being, and warm interactions.

You will work with a supportive team, maintain participant records, and tailor activities to individual needs while ensuring safety and a positive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in healthcare or recreation preferred.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and facilitating recreational activities for residents.
