Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven outside B2B sales experience in staffing preferred.
• Track record of new business development and meeting revenue quotas.
• Strong prospecting and territory management discipline.
• Experience selling to plant, HR, or operations leaders is a plus.
• Self-motivated and competitive; thrives in a performance-driven culture.
• Leadership ability and comfort managing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local sales strategies to expand the client base and drive branch revenue growth.
• Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client visits.
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional staffing solutions and deepening client partnerships.
• Act as a player-coach - lead and coach a small recruiting team to achieve goals while managing your own client portfolio.
• Oversee recruiting operations for temp and temp-to-hire placements.
• Deliver on branch sales goals while driving profitability.
• Track competitor moves and market trends to stay ahead locally.
