Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Oakbrook Terrace area. The role focuses on establishing client relationships, driving sales, and exceeding revenue targets in a B2B staffing environment.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, capable of engaging C-level to hiring managers, and comfortable with outbound prospecting and solution selling. Expect uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or services industries.
• Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales budgets.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 3+ years of successful phone sales experience.
• Strong ability to develop long-lasting client relationships and present effectively.
• Experience selling services to financial/corporate sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales and meetings.
• Meet weekly sales metrics and drive annual sales/gross profit.
• Explain staffing programs to clients and prospects.
• Expand relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing, other BDMs, and operations to drive pipeline.
• Drive growth in assigned territory and qualify opportunities.
