Base pay range

$15.00/yr - $20.00/yr

MD Staff Pointe is a growing healthcare staffing firm seeking a Recruiting Assistant to work in their Irving, TX office. The primary function of the position will be supporting the Recruiting & Business Development departments. The position is not remote or hybrid.

• Strong Microsoft Suite and Technology skills

Responsibilities:

• Upkeep of all CRM and Job Board postings
• Assist Recruiting by uploading new candidate leads
• Send Mass Emails to prospect candidates
• Assist Business Development by generating lead sheets
• Upkeep and entry of MDSP Client files within CRM. This will include the research and entry of contact information, general facility information upkeep, and community profiles.
• Research and entry of potential MDSP clients in various geographical areas that have not been entered into CRM.
• Other duties as requested

Education and Experience

• College Degree Preferred
• One year administrative experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and credentialing experience.
• Must be resourceful and a self-starter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in medical field preferred but not required.
