The Pearl of Elgin in Elgin, Illinois is seeking a Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator to join our patient-centered post-acute rehabilitation team. This full-time role focuses on organizing staffing coverage, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations to support quality patient care.

You will analyze staffing patterns, resolve conflicts, assist with onboarding, and collaborate with the operations team to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
