Procore Technologies, Inc. seeks a Staff Business Systems Analyst – Workday Security & ITGC Lead to join its Enterprise Technology and Business Platforms team in Austin, TX. This hands-on role is the system administrator and technical owner for Workday security, tenant configurations, reporting infrastructure, and SOX controls.

You will drive security architecture, ITGC, and automated controls, lead audits, mentor BSAs, and partner with HR Technology and Controllership. Immediate start.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems analysis or IT compliance.
• 4+ years configuring and administering Workday.
• Proficiency in Workday security policies and reporting (IPEs).
• Experience managing ITGC domains and change control.
• Experience leading ITGC/ITAC walkthroughs with audits.
• Interest in AI/LLM tooling for automation.
• Certifications in security/audit (CISA/CISSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Workday security models with BP security.
• Audit and govern all Workday integration users and service accounts.
• Design and maintain Workday Key Reports for controls.
• Lead technical change management for tenant configs and updates.
• Design IT automated controls (ITACs) and monitor jobs.
• Lead audits and provide evidence from Workday.
• Remediate control deficiencies and drive automated solutions.
• Explore AI/LLM tooling to streamline evidence collection.
• Mentor BSAs on Workday configuration and compliance.
