Job summary

Procore is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst – Workday Security & ITGC Lead to join its Enterprise Technology and Business Platforms team in Austin, TX. This hands-on role owns Workday security, tenant configurations, reporting, and ITGC controls, ensuring SOX compliance and strong data integrity.

You will architect security models, govern service accounts, lead ITGC walkthroughs with auditors, and mentor BSAs while exploring AI/LLM tooling to streamline evidence collection and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business systems analysis or IT compliance with hands-on Workday
• Deep Workday security configuration and reporting proficiency
• Experience managing ITGC domains in production environments
• Independent ITGC/ITAC walkthroughs with external auditors
• Understanding of tenant settings mapping to system controls
• Experience with AI/LLM automation in operations
• Certifications like Workday Pro Security/Reporting, CISA/CISSP preferred

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Workday configuration & security design for domain policies and security groups
• Manage and audit all Workday integration system users and service accounts
• Design and maintain Workday reports and calculated fields for audit needs
• Serve as technical gatekeeper for tenant changes and feature updates
• Design and maintain IT Automated Controls and batch/job monitoring
• Lead audit walkthroughs and demonstrate control effectiveness
• Perform root-cause analysis and automate remediation of deficiencies
• Apply AI/LLM tooling to streamline evidence collection and audits
• Mentor BSAs on Workday configuration standards and compliance
