Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions seeks a Senior/Staff Workday Business Systems Analyst for an immediate contract role in Austin, TX. Focus on Workday Talent Acquisition and Core HCM with Total Rewards knowledge and SOX controls.

You will own project work, maintain tenant hygiene, optimize TA workflows, and provide steady-state support across core modules, including Paradox to GoodTime integrations and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on configuration in Workday Recruiting (ATS) and Core HCM at Senior/Staff level.
SOX environment experience in a public company tenant with change-control logs.
Proven production support for Core HCM and TA modules with minimal oversight.
Cross-module understanding of Workday Benefits / Total Rewards.
Experience delivering backlog improvements and third-party TA integrations.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Core HCM initiatives including ATS optimization, onboarding, and probation period management.
SOX compliance and auditing with audit-ready documentation for tenant changes.
Third-Party integrations optimization (Paradox to GoodTime) in the TA space.
Tenant hygiene and process management: Legal Hold, location strategies, relocation submissions, and Supervisory Organizations renaming.
Day-to-day support: resolve routine LODO requests and config updates across Core HCM and TA modules.
Ad-hoc configuration for Total Rewards / Benefits modules.
