Job summary

Acceler8 Talent seeks a Staff Product Engineer to lead the architecture and product strategy for a web platform that powers intelligent HVAC infrastructure. You will drive scalable frontend/backend systems and collaborate with data/AI teams to deliver real-time diagnostics and predictive maintenance.

Houston or Remote (U.S.) employment, with ownership of design systems, testing standards, and CI/CD practices while mentoring engineers and guiding the growing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of web development/product engineering experience.
• 50/50 frontend and backend ownership.
• Ownership of customer-facing web platform through growth and maintenance.
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript interfaces and Python backend services.
• Track record of taking digital products from 0→1→Scale.
• Founding / Staff level experience.
