Job description

The QuickBooks Web Marketing team seeks an experienced digital marketer who specializes in the Mid-Market segment and B2B customer acquisition through the disciplines of web marketing, lead gen, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM). The successful candidate will assume the role of Staff Performance Marketing Manager, a pivotal figure in deploying flagship marketing strategies that optimize web experiences for mid-market businesses on Quickbooks.com and Intuit.com for the newly launched Intuit Enterprise Suite. This position will be a part of QuickBooks Acquisition & Marketing Services team (Integrated Marketing, Web, Media, Search, Custom Content, Marketing Alliances & Partnerships). You will develop and own the B2B web marketing and merchandising strategies and then help manage the execution of the strategies by working with: Go To Market and Product Marketing Partners, Integrated Marketing Team, Media, Web Analytics, Sales, Web Operations, and MarTech/Engineering teams.

In this role, you will partner with a talented team of growth marketers to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and ongoing experimentation efforts designed to engage and convert key accounts and to generate demand and leads in the mid-market sector for Intuit Enterprise Suite. You will need a deep understanding of B2B campaigns and the role of web/digital experiences in optimizing marketing to sales lead flows.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the management and prioritization of multiple projects focused on the mid-market segment, ensuring exceptional delivery and impactful results.
  • Uphold a rigorous test & learn environment tailored for mid-market dynamics, balancing the urgency of bold, quick decisions with methodical strategic planning.
  • Stay proactive in monitoring dashboards and key metrics specific to mid-market performance, initiating detailed analysis when necessary and maintaining regular communication with broader stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing workflows and processes, including lead management, campaign execution, and data management.
  • Partner with Marketing Technology teams to connect and inform web, marketing, and sales tech stacks
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and evaluate new B2B marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:INSERT PAY RANGES – for example:

Bay Area California $158,000 - 213,500

Southern California $150,500 - 203,500This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.   • 7+ years of web/digital marketing experience with a strong focus on Mid-Market businesses in an outcome-oriented B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in leading and developing full funnel web marketing strategies specifically tailored for mid-market enterprises and proven ability to deliver flagship and marquee web experiences.
  • Extensive expertise in creating, deploying, and enhancing effective web marketing experiences alongside diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding and application of data insights for developing business hypotheses, coupled with experience in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and personalization tailored to mid-market needs.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms in the B2B space and the platforms intersection with web marketing experiences.
  • Technical fluency in AI-based personalization, rapid testing platforms, CDPs, DMPs, CMS platforms, and other tools essential for audience/web segment development.
