Job description

Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager (Remote East Coast)

Join to apply for the Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager (Remote East Coast) role at n8n.

n8n is a workflow automation platform that combines AI capabilities with business process automation. We offer technical teams the flexibility of code and the speed of no-code, supported by a passionate community. With over 500 integrations and fair-code principles, we're transforming how businesses connect their systems and processes.

Founded in late 2019, we are a diverse team of over 100 talented people. Our annual recurring revenue is growing fivefold year-over-year. We have over 93,000 GitHub stars, ranking among the top 100 most popular projects of all time on GitHub. According to Sifted, we are Europe's 25th fastest-growing startup in 2024. We have secured $58 million in funding, including Sequoia's first seed investment in Germany and a recent €35 million Series B led by Highland.

Our product is highly technical, featuring node-based workflow creation, AI integrations, custom scripting, self-hosting, and advanced API connectivity. To market it effectively, we need someone who understands these concepts and can communicate them clearly, creatively, and credibly.

As our Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of technical product marketing for key areas like AI, enterprise, and developer-focused features. Your role is to translate complex capabilities into compelling stories and assets that drive adoption, engage developers, and differentiate us from competitors.

MISSION

Elevate n8n’s technical product marketing by creating powerful, credible content and messaging that resonates with developers and technical decision-makers, leveraging AI and automation to scale our impact.

  • Own technical launches: Lead marketing execution for major feature releases, crafting narratives and campaigns targeted at technical users.
  • Translate complexity: Convert technical features into messaging that appeals to engineers, solution architects, and enterprise buyers.
  • Drive adoption: Collaborate with product, engineering, DevRel, and demand gen teams to ensure effective reach and messaging.
  • Be the subject matter expert: Understand n8n’s capabilities, competition, and developer needs to be the go-to voice for technical audiences.
  • Create scalable systems: Use AI tools and automation to streamline content creation and technical storytelling.
  • Measure impact: Develop systems to track engagement, adoption, and the success of your work.

You will report to the Head of Product Marketing and work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering leads, DevRel, community teams, and demand gen.
