Job description

The QuickBooks Web Marketing team is seeking an experienced digital marketer specializing in the Mid-Market segment and B2B customer acquisition through web marketing, lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM). The successful candidate will serve as the Staff Performance Marketing Manager, playing a key role in implementing marketing strategies that optimize web experiences for mid-market businesses on Quickbooks.com and Intuit.com for the newly launched Intuit Enterprise Suite. This role is part of the QuickBooks Acquisition & Marketing Services team, which includes Integrated Marketing, Web, Media, Search, Custom Content, Marketing Alliances, and Partnerships. You will develop and oversee B2B web marketing and merchandising strategies, collaborating with Go To Market and Product Marketing Partners, Media, Web Analytics, Sales, Web Operations, and MarTech/Engineering teams.

In this role, you will work with a talented team of growth marketers to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and experimentation efforts aimed at engaging and converting key accounts, generating demand, and leads within the mid-market sector for the Intuit Enterprise Suite. A deep understanding of B2B campaigns and the role of web/digital experiences in optimizing marketing-to-sales lead flows is essential.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and prioritize multiple projects focused on the mid-market segment, ensuring high-quality delivery and impactful results.
  2. Maintain a rigorous test & learn environment tailored for mid-market dynamics, balancing quick, bold decisions with strategic planning.
  3. Monitor dashboards and key metrics related to mid-market performance, conducting detailed analyses as needed and communicating regularly with stakeholders.
  4. Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows, including lead management, campaign execution, and data management.
  5. Collaborate with Marketing Technology teams to integrate and inform web, marketing, and sales tech stacks.
  6. Continuously research and evaluate new B2B marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area California: $158,000 - $213,500

Southern California: $150,500 - $203,500

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with our plans and programs. Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of web/digital marketing experience focused on Mid-Market businesses within outcome-oriented B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute full-funnel web marketing strategies tailored for mid-market enterprises, delivering flagship web experiences.
  • Extensive experience in creating, deploying, and optimizing web marketing experiences with diverse teams.
  • Strong data insights skills for hypothesis development, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and personalization for mid-market needs.
  • Experience with B2B marketing automation platforms and their integration with web marketing.
  • Technical knowledge of AI-based personalization, testing platforms, CDPs, DMPs, CMS platforms, and related tools for audience/web segmentation.
