NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Staff UC/Software Development Engineer to design, implement, and operate our Unified Communications platforms across Cisco Webex RoomOS, Teams Rooms, and related services. You will build integrations with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs, develop full-stack UC tooling, and automate admin tasks with Python and Bash.

You will instrument UC observability, monitor call quality and device health, and collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable collaboration across rooms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of overall experience in full stack development, unified communications, or related software development roles.
• Hands-on coding with UC domain knowledge of Cisco Webex RoomOS and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Experience supporting employee collaboration estate: scheduling, interoperability, calendaring, policies, and day-to-day UX across chat, calling, and video.
• IT infrastructure knowledge across Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with AI models and development practices in UC tools.

Responsabilités

• Design, operate, and evolve our Unified Communications platform across Cisco Webex RoomOS, Teams Rooms, and related services.
• Build integrations using Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, and REST APIs to keep UC systems in sync with identity and calendaring.
• Develop full-stack UC tooling, monitoring, admin interfaces, and AI-assisted capabilities.
• Manage Cisco Webex RoomOS and Teams Rooms provisioning, policy, firmware lifecycle, and incident response.
• Automate administrative tasks using Python, Bash, and generative AI tools for repeatable, auditable changes.
• Instrument UC observability with CQD and user experience dashboards; monitor call quality and device health.
