• Automation, scripting tools and stakeholder management are important.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and reliability of enterprise voice, conferencing, and workplace communication systems.
• Drive global office expansion with cross-functional teams.
• Design and support enterprise voice, AV infrastructure, and conferencing connectivity.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Workplace, and Executive Support.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and deploy playbooks globally; mentor engineers.
