Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience in automotive/EV.
• 3+ years in systems engineering and SDLC.
• Experience with hardware-software integration and test strategies.
• Hands-on with ECUs, distributed systems, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs for vehicle controls subsystems across EV platforms.
• Collaborate with HW/SW, validation, and test asset teams to plan and deliver.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and critical milestones.
• Develop detailed integration timelines and allocate resources.
• Coordinate test plans for subsystem and vehicle-level validation.
• Promote automated, scalable validation aligned with milestones and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and teams and escalate when needed.
