Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to lead software delivery for evolving vehicle platforms. You will coordinate across teams to ensure successful launches, manage software-hardware integration, and drive continuous process improvements while upholding high quality standards.

Competenze

• 6+ years of progressive Technical or Engineering Program Management experience in software delivery for complex, integrated products.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate software-hardware dependencies.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and strong communication with senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Define and drive plans for software-influencing hardware changes and new features for vehicles.
• Align milestones with software schedules and manage cross-domain dependencies.
• Lead software-hardware integration efforts as a senior liaison across teams.
• Mentor other TPMs and champion continuous process improvements in the lifecycle.
