Job summary

Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is seeking a seasoned technical program manager to lead the network interface program across VWG programs. You will partner with architecture leads to convert frameworks into actionable plans, cadences, and artifacts, while coordinating across RVT domains to bring autonomous interface ownership to life.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of technical program management for HW/SW/mechanical programs, including embedded or vehicle programs.
• Strong organization and the ability to influence without direct authority across domains.
• Experience planning multi-step ownership/process transitions while programs move forward.
• Comfort in ambiguity; translate frameworks into workable processes and artifacts.
• Hands-on software or hardware background to follow architecture discussions.
• Experience bridging Agile and waterfall; proficient with Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the program plan for RVT network interface baselining per VWG program.
• Drive domain and program transitions of interface ownership from VWG to RVT domains.
• Document and roll out workflow for network interface versioning and change management.
• Run domain review cadence and chase open items to closure across teams.
• Coordinate network definition change requests from VWG and assess impact.
• Roll out framework for 2nd ECU data capture per ECU and drive completion.
• Maintain up-to-date view of 2nd ECU maturity and risks for leadership.
• Facilitate handoffs from architecture to active integration tracking by TPMs.
• Set up forums, cadence, and be the point of contact for VWG TPM counterparts.
