Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing advanced vehicle subsystems. You will drive end-to-end programs for hardware and software integration across EV platforms, coordinating HW/SW leads, validation teams, and suppliers to meet milestones.

This high-impact role requires deep technical knowledge of vehicle architecture, interfaces, and complex dependencies, along with strong program management and risk

Competenze

• BS or MS in engineering; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in technical program management with automotive HW/SW integration.
• 3+ years applying systems engineering and SDLC in automotive/EV contexts.
• Experience with test/validation strategies for integration testing.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end programs delivering integrated vehicle controls hardware and software.
• Scope integration requirements using systems engineering; plan test assets.
• Collaborate with Electrical/Mechanical HW, Software, and Validation teams.
• Develop detailed subsystem timelines and allocate resources; manage risks.
• Identify and resolve technical risks; ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Coordinate verification test plans; promote automated validation.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and teams; escalate when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes and workflows.
